I have software called Customizer 2000 and Smart Sizer Gold for the Janome Memory Craft 9000 sewing/embroidery machine but I do not have instructions. Would anyone know where to find such a thing?

I already tried the solution he gave. It is a good solution for almost any other janome machine. For some reason the website is not bringing up the file. I followed the link and it came up as a blank page. Thanks anyway.
