Very simple. Call Danby at 1-800-26-DANBY and tell them the issues you are having. The reps there are very knowledgable and more than willing to help. I just had to replace a computer pad and they are awesome to deal with. FYI, the owner's manual does not have a parts listing. Good luck

Call them and ask to buy the part it should be pretty cheap. I just bought a replacement keypad for mine and they sold it to me right on the phone no hassles
