My mom gave me her Le Chef that had several cracks in the handel and also the place where the handel attaches to the bowel with a screw was broken. I Used Loctite super glue for the crackes in the handel and a loctite epoxy putty that can be molded into the shape needed to fix the place where the screw attaches the handel to the bowel. After the putty set I sanded it to refine its shape and matched the screw hole in the bowel with the handel then drilled a small polit hole in the handel. I slipped the handel into the slot in the bowl and attached it with the screw and now I have a good as new Le Chef.

I found this, the site required membership, so I took care of that, and am personally hosting this on my online file storage, feel free to share the link, I would appreciate a good feedback, just because of one more site that will spam me just so I could get the file from them, but anyway just leave honest feedback, and enjoy.
