Hello, I have a 3 doors Amana refreg that stopped cooling the upper side. I found out that the thermostat is open always. I replaced it and still have a problem. However, now I can run the "force defrost" via the buttons (I coudln't before with the bad thermostat). I am not sure if the JAZZ controller is bad, since all of the diag tests are passing. I do think there is any issue with D-sense - didn't test it yet to see if it switch once per 4 hours. I would like to setup the JAZZ board to a factory reset. Is there any way to do it, or reset at all? What is your opinoin about the root cause of the probelm? Appericate the help! Guy

the fan is ctrl by the Jazz board the thermdisc is for defrost post your email and I will send you the manual on test process and test point as well as the defrost

YES YOU GOT IT,IT'S THE BOARD BECAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE CHECKED OUT GOOD,BOTH FANS,HEATING ELEMENT,DEFROST THERMOSTAT,THE ONLY OTHER THING I WOULD DO IS TURN THE THERMOSTAT OFF IN THE FRIG.TO SEE IF THE COMPRESSOR AND FANS TURN OFF,WAIT 3 MINUTES AND TURN IT BACK ON, IF THAT CHECKS OUT THEN IT HAS TO BE THE DEFROST TIMER,LET ME KNOW-MIKE
