You're attempting an operation that is not valid for a particular data type, like taking the square root of a string or extracting the second character of a floating-point number.
First, localize the error. Find the line number or location of the error, then narrow it down to the operation. Then examine the value(s) being used in that operation and their types. Make sure the operation is valid for that type(s).

How to resolve CODEPLUG ERR on Motorola PTX760

Your radio needs to be reprogrammed or repaired. This type of error can occur for no reason, or during an interruption in programming. Check your programming/test set-up. Do not try to reprogram using the same codeplug (saved version of programming) as previously used, as it may be corrupt. If you cannot get the error to clear with a fresh programming, the radio will need to go to Motorola to have the error cleared.

Best regards.

Msvcrt.dll error message(Msvcrt.dll error message("the procedure entry except handler4 common could not be located dinamic link library msvcrt.dll")

Two possible solutions.
Roll back system with System Restore. Win 7 - Start > Search type System Restore. XP - Is Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Restore. Now choose a date prior to problem. You may have to try a few dates.

Try disabling startup programs. Go to Start > Run (search in Win 7) and type MSConfig. In Startup tab, uncheck anything that you don't want Windows to load automatically. It will make Windows boot faster and use less resources while running. This just disables them in startup. Programs will still load, but when only you initiate.

Everytime i try to go on line or use other programs ,instructions pop up saying 0x0437b7c0 referenced memory could not be written

You have a registry error. Go to START>RUN and type in cmd. When it comes up type in CHKDSK /R. Restart your computer and let it run. You should be good after that.

How to solve the problem"*.exe

This error is generally an indication that the written program isn't designed to be run in the 32 bit windows environment, the program is corrupted, or an error occured while trying to run the program. It is generally due to an older program being run within windows.

The newer windows versions are mostly 32 bit platforms. Some of the old programs from windows 95 and 98 eras won't work because they are 16 bit programs. Examples may include older programs with a .com extension (which will bring up this error message), or old versions of .exe's written for 16 bit environments.

If the program you are attempting to run is a recent program (came with your version of windows XP or later) then it could be an error at execution or the program is corrupted. If the program is written by a major brand and is relatively new, contact the program's technical support number for help.

If you suspect a program error, try and obtain another copy of the program. Uninstall the current copy of the program, restart your computer, then install a fresh copy. If the error continues after doing this, then contact the program manufacturer's technical support number.

If the program you are using is one of the programs from within windows, (from the system 32 folder for example, and include notepad.exe, msconfig.exe, or other programs that can be selected and run from within this folder) do NOT remove or copy over the program. Some of the programs within the windows sub-directories are older 16bit programs, not designed to run within the 32bit platform. It is recommended to NOT remove any of these programs from the windows sub directories.

I can't open any progrmas on my TI-84Plus , it only gives : Error and 1:QUIT can you experts help me?THNX

Hello,
You should give the whole error message.
I created a bogus program and archived it.
Then I tried to execute it. I got the messages: ERR Archived 1:Quit 2:Goto. When I tried to edit it I got ERR:Archived 1:Quit.

Your program is archived. You must unarchive it.

To Unarchive. Press [2nd] [MEM][2:Mem Mgmt/Del] [ENTER]
Scroll down to [7:Pgrm]. Archived programs will have a star at the left. Highlight the program you want to unarchive and press [ENTER]. The asterisk disappears. Press [2nd][QUIT]. Your program is ready to run or to be edited.

Hope it helps.

Want to workaround Shrinker.err to be able to download programs. Can it be disabled in any way?

I found that "shrinker.err" is an error
that you get if the product PowerZip 4.50
is installed and fails to start. PowerZip is a Windows utility, a compression tool.
The shrinker.err error is corrected in the PowerZip 5.2 release, the newest version
and that should fix your problem.
This program has nothing to do with any virus.
Hope this helps, Please leave rating...
