Am not able to install newly purchased Nightmares from the deep; Sirens Call. What am I doing wrong?

There's no possible way to recover a lost/forgotten Deep Freeze password. But there are several ways to possibly disable/uninstall DeepFreeze.

Enterprise Version :
Deep Freeze Enterprise users can generate One Time Passwords (OTP) to gain access to deepfreeze. To generate an OTP,

1. Open the Deep Freeze login dialog on the system for which you need to generate the One Time Password.
2. Write down the Token code. It is located at the top of the login dialog.
3. Open the Deep Freeze Configuration Administrator and click the One-Time Passwords tab or open the Enterprise Console and click on Tools > One Time Password.
4. Enter the code you recorded into the Token field and click Generate OTP. Another code will appear in the OTP field. The second code is the password for the workstation.

The newly generated One-Time Password can then be used to disable, uninstall, and re-install Deep Freeze with the correct password.

For Deep Freeze evaluations (with no License Key entered) :

1. Restart the computer.
2. Enter the system BIOS settings.
3. Advance the clock by at least 60 days and then restart your computer. This will disable the software.
4. After the system has started, run the Deep Freeze installation program to uninstall Deep Freeze.
5. After the computer reboots, re-enter the BIOS and reset the clock to the current date. You can then re-install Deep Freeze after restarting.

If you are running a licensed copy of Deep Freeze Standard submit a ticket and we can look into the issue further to see if there are any other options avalalbe to assist you.

are you talking about the part where you have to kill the sirens? if that is the part you have to kill 3 sirens all together. each one you kill will release their spirit and fill a circle in a door. once you kill all three the door will open. this part of the game you really have to rely on sound. listen for the sirens song, at first it'll be very faint but as you get closer to one it'll get louder. if you find that the song is getting faint instead of getting louder you are going the wrong way.

The Napco GEMP3200 Control has 2 built-in alarm outputs. One on terminals 3, 4 & 5 and the other 6, 7 & 8. The first output is normally for burglary and is factory set for 12VDC output on terminals 3(+) and 5(-). If you don't have sirens in your system you can convert this output to a dry (no voltage) relay output by cutting Jumper B on the circuit board which is just right of those terminals. Likewise terminals 6(+) and 8(-) can be used as a relay output by cutting Jumper A which is also right of the terminals. However to use this output you will have to reprogram the system to make this output for burglary also. The easiest way,if you are currently using sirens in your system, is to go to a local electronics store and purchase a 12 Volt DC relay module for about $15. Run wires from terminals 3 & 5 to your relay's + and - inputs. The relay should provide a dry closure output which you can then run wiring to your recorder. When your system alarms it will not only set off your sirens but also trip the relay.

any 12 volt siren will work. you my have to replace the fuse. 12volt sirens are available at radioshack, frys electronics and all over the web,
