Replacing battery on tennis tutor

it is very simple . Just lie the machine down as u play tennis . Use a hex key and loosen out 6 hex screw joining the two half of the upper and lower black boxes of the tennis machine . take out some screws on the upper control panel not all of them.and one more hex screw on the upper box . Lift off the upper box. You can the battery right there. Proceed to change the battery. U can buy a battery for $23 on ebay but the unit need 2. If u need any other parts , call tennis tutor manufacturer phone is attached to the machine. They are very nice and send out replacement parts free of charge by Federal Express.

Balls stuck in tubep

Hello

It sounds like there is a build up of material on either the ball throwing wheels (decreasing the overall velocity and causing the balls to stick in the tube) or a build up in the actual tube.

From the manual, it recommends against using new tennis balls in the unit as this directly contributes to the debris build up on the ball throwing wheels. It is recommended to use slightly used balls as some of the waxy coating and ink on the ball would have been partially worn off.

I would suggest using a spray cleaner (like Windex) to clean out the tube. IF you get any material on your cleaning cloth, continue cleaning and, if necessary, use a mild abrasive pad to help with the cleaning process.

As for the ball throwing wheels, the manual suggests using a 40 to 60 grade sand paper and cleaning all of the wheels until they are slightly rough to the touch.

The manual for your unit can be found here:

What is paddle tennis?

Paddle tennis is one of my favorite games! It is similar to regular tennis except for a few factors. Paddle tennis uses solid paddles instead of a strung racquet. Also, the court is smaller, there are no double's lanes and the net is lower than regular tennis. It is usually played in doubles on an enclosed court.

Elevation Will NOT go down after the elevation calibration

Unplug unit and remove motor shroud if you are savvy with a multi meter then try these trouble shooting procedure:
Perform and elevation calibration again, On the display, can you see numbers counting down and up and the treadmill is going up and down? If yes then the unit will proceed to work, if no when power is on, check on the lower board, on connector J5, do we have 5V DC between pin 1 & 3? If yes During Calibration, J5, between Pin 5 & 6, on the lower board, do we have 120V AC when treadmill is going up?
If Yes During Calibration, J5, between Pin 4 & 6, on the lower board, do we have 120V AC when treadmill is going up?
If Yes During Calibration, J5, between Pin 2 & 3, on the lower board, do we have DC voltage varying from 1.15 to 3.00? If any of the above is no then then the lower board will need replacing if all is yes then elevation motor needs replacing.
