It should not matter because that product gets very bad reviews due to being cheaply made. The handles, lids and tray break very easily and too soon. Many people are having the same issue and complaints are high. Avoid this item

Recovery tank has no water in it when shampooing

Hi there! Try these quick troubleshooting steps below to restore suction to your cleaner.

1. Remove the solution tank.
2. Recline the handle and let the cleaner lay down flat.
3. Remove the dirty water tank lid.
4. Adjust the front panel located on the outside of the tank in the center so that it is flush and even across.
5. Assemble lid back on dirty water tank from the front to the back. Be sure the lid does not lift off from the front.

Hope this helps!

My dyson no longer will turn on. Is there some filters I am supposed to be cleaning. Purchased the vacuum from someone who did not have the manual.

you have two filters, one under the lid on your dust bin and one in the ball. It could be the switch has gone bad because of overheating.

If you need any help feel free to contact me.

I have a Betty Crocker BC 1679C Toaster Oven and I need a replacement control knob (the dial that you turn to adjust the temperature). Can you please advide where I can find this part.

I couldn't come up with the part# or even who manufacturers Betty Crocker's appliances. I do notice on their website (bettycrockerstore.com) that they have an email contact for help with replacement parts. It is on the contact page. Under 'select a subject', choose 'product information'. "Help with replacement parts" is the second option. There is also an 800 number and a mailing address listed. Here is the site: http://www.bettycrockerstore.com/HelpContactUs.aspx
Hope this helps

What is the ratio of yogurt culture to milk to make yogurt? I have misplaced the instructions to the euro cuisine yogurt maker.

Usually only a very little culture is needed to be added to milk to obtain good yogurt. But if you can add 100ml to one litre milk , it will be fine.

All you have to do is call 1-800-521-8559 and select U.S. then select the parts department, have your model number ready and ask them for a PDF of the owners user manual to be emailed to you, they will normally be sent in 1 hour for free.
