maybe the problem is the network..try to reset your fone by turn off and take out the battery pack..after few minutes return the battery and turn on your fone.

i had the same problem i was pissed but heres the solution that helped me.
1. go to www.tracfone.com
2.then go to service & support and click on technical support
3.then enter your phones serial number in the "Report Technical Difficulties" box.(to get your serial number go on your phone hit menu,then hit prepaid,then hit serial number.)then hit submit.
4.then once you hit submit scroll all the way down to "prepaid disabled unit disabled".
5.then click contiue once you get there then just follow the steps along the way.
