Question about Cell Phones
It means you are trying to do sth that your phone OS does not give permission. I prescribe you these:
-Try to add these permissions to app:
-go to the application (don't open it) then click options > application access> data access > add edit data>set it to "ask everytime".
Try these and then come here again for controls

Try restarting the phone. Log in from a regular system and see if there are special messages waiting or if your contact list is too large (?). Additionally, try another client on the phone to see if it works better.
