My pictures are purple and green.

I dropped my camera a year back. I keep forgetting to get it looked at. But before I do I want to see if it is fixable without a proffessional. When I take pictures the pixels are purple and green. So this makes the subject I am taking a picture of, purple or green. The camera still takes pictures. It's absolutly fine. The only problem is the green and purple tint it puts in my pictures. How can I fix this , or should I get it looked at? Thank you. :)
