What causes the Subaru forester to stop firing from the coil pack to the plugs on other pots?

On the Forrester it could be the coil wire, swap the suspect cylinder wire with a good one or temp with one that is firing, if it switches to the other cylinder then u know your wire is bad, if not the coil needs to be replaced. BTW if its been runing a while like that be sure to check the sparg plug and clean it up as its probably fouled now

What can make my 1998 Subaru Forrester engine unlock, the engine will not turn but the battery is good

check for a broken timing belt as the valves may be blocking the engine . Remove the spark plugs in case a cylinder is full of water /fuel and is in hydraulic lock. Check oil level as it may have seized the engine.

My wife has a 1998 Subaru Forrester. Today we changed the battery. Now, the hazard lights will not go off. Why, and how do I fix this issue?

Under dash by left knee is a 4" x4" box with a small wire on it. On the end of the wire is a small button. Push the button to reset. That sure cure your flashing marker lights. Good luck and have a great day.

For 2001 Forrester Subaru - Front Windshield Washer fuse

If it makes noise, it's not the fuse. Most likely the discharge nozzles are stopped up. Try blowing compressed air into them from the outside.
