I have this monitor: L192 Wide (1440x900@60Hz) My computer says I have this monitor: Monitor Name: Plug and Play Monitor Display Type: Analog Gamma Value: 2.20 Nothing I do makes my pc see the correct monitor and something I did changed the onscreen display to Chinese...please someone help me..

It seems like you have the newer system board with digital output. the machine enable you connect 2 monitors if you want.
default monitor is 2. that's why you can change the resolution and other setting.
the setting will not affect what you going to do. just leave it alone.

Hi! In your case, if you already check all the connections, the problem is in the display card adapter pls check your VIDEO card if its properly inserted, if it does. Then you have a defective video card. GOOD LUCK thanks
