Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Beocom 1 handset sends a

Usually the message power off comes when the unit encounters a system error. System error atimes can be corrected by removing the battery for about 5 minutes and replacing it. This solves light system errors. On the other hand if after this process of resetting the error persists then your unit has a problem with the internal processor and therefore will need an expert to take a look at it and if probably replace the processor or the power unit depending on whichever one is wrong with the unit.
Get an expert to take a look at it if the reset does not work and let me know what the result is.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

Mitel Superset 420 corded phone has static

Static on the handset of a MITEL phone is indicative of either a defective handset cord **OR** the user has one of those cord detangler devices attached to the cord. If it's a cord detangler, remove it, smash it with a hammer and throw it away. Advise the end-user to please not use these as they all become staticky after several weeks use. If the user has problems with their handset cord constantly becoming tangled, THAT PROBLEM is indicative of neck or ear fatigue from frequent LONG CALLS and the user keeps moving the handset from one ear to another (changing hands). THE FIX FOR THIS is to give the user either a corded or cordless headset (or check SMDR records for excessive personal calls)

My Beocom 6000 table base unit no longer charges

If your base has a charge indicator on it and it indicates that the handset is charging when the handset is in the cradle, I would say you need a new battery. RadioShack sells a replacement battery for $22.00 at the following link

http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2815547&CAWELAID=107599274

If the charge indicator doesn't come on it is unlikely that it is the battery. You may be able to get the phone repaired by the manufacturer but it may be better and more practical to get a new phone.

Beocom 2400 earpiece soundcable problem

Hi I also had a problem with the wires breaking on the handset of my Beocom 2400 , and I could not find out anything on the Internet .
But I managed to fix it without to much difficulty !
So I thought I try and help people in the same situation out !
Anyway to split the handset you will need a plastic card , like a credit card , store card etc) as in picture . DO NOT USE anything made of metal !!!
You will need to start at the bottom of the handset where the microphone is ,on the right hand side looking at the front of the handset .Insert the card, only a little way about 10 mm, then draw the up where the seam is , once it has started to separate you will find it will become easier as you work you way round .
Once you have separated the two halves you then need to peal the outer casing off the cable find the break cut it out and solder the wires back together ,I used heat shrink to cover the bare wires as in picture .
When you have done this it is just a case of sticking the two halves back together , Don't use instant glue!! use a glue which will give you time to position the two parts as it is not that easy , then clamp the two parts together with cable ties , as in picture .
Clean off any glue ,leave for glue to set remove cable ties , job done .
I hope this has been of help to someone!

Plantronics cs50 head set with lifter has STATIC

Try a system reset:
1.  Lift the headset off of the charging cradle, but make sure the headset is turned off.  It will be off if the green light on the front of the base is not lit.  If it's not, push the call answer button once to turn it off.
2.  Push the call answer button and the mute button at the same time and hold them down.  The mute button is the black little wheel at the top of the headset.  Use the tip of your finger to push it straight down and hold it while holding the call answer button.  A green light on the headset will flash for 2 series of flashes.  Wait until the end of the second series then let go of both buttons.
3.  Put the headset back on the charging cradle and wait 30 seconds.  Lift it back up and try to use it.  If this doesn't work, repeat one more time and then disconnect the power from the base and plug it back in.

Problem with B&O beocom 6000 ''extension'' no contact with base

I think you just need to re-register the phone to the base. Press the button on the base station (between the 2 charger pins) then go to the handset setup menu, scroll to register handset.
