Question about Washing Machines

Open Question

Simpson ezi sensor

I have a Simpson EziSensor, with the number SWF10761 on the front. It has been stuck in mid wash for over 24 hours now: the door lock light is on, (and the door is definitely locked), but the start button is flashing. Pressing the button once does not restart the cycle, and turning the machine off and then on again simply keeps it blipping when we switch back to on. How do I complete my cycle, retrieve my laundry, and get back on track?

I have 5.5 kg front loader simpson EZI sensor washing machine, the handle to open the washine machine has gone loose and now can not open my full load of washing from the machine

you need to take the top off turn off the mains supply
and reach down to the door catch behind and manualy open it

if the handle has cracked a the pivot pehaps a flat blate screwdrive and you can carefully release it
youll find a littl preasure to the door will help you then let go and the door will open easier

Simpson Ezi Sensor Front Loader keeps pausing during washes, doesn't put through the detergent.

you might be putting the detergent in the wrong part of the dispenser,or you might have the hose on the wrong way,or the water valve has failed. Read up on your user manual to see what happens on this part of the cycle, does the w/m empty ,then try and bring in more water?? The main give away to this fault is,detergent still in the dispenser.Check all your filters on your inlet hose and water valves.
You have to ask yourself what has changed, cheers.

Electrolux/Simpson EZI sensor 5.5 kg machine cycles.

Well I'm an idiot. They did say there was a fast wash, but it specified that it was for extra rinses to help people with detergent allergy etc., but did not give a time for the cycle. They should have said it was the short wash for everyone. I tried it, and it was fine. Thanks anyway. If I ever have a real problem, I'll be back.
