USUALLY WHEN AN OPTION IS GRAYED OUT IT MEANS YOU HAVE TO BUY A PREMIUM VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE TO " UNLOCK " THE GRAYED OUT AREAS. CHECK WITH YOUR TV TUNER CARD FOR UPDATED SOFTWARE OR ASK THERE TECH SUPPORT IF THIS IS THE CASE. IF YOU NEED MORE HELP, REPLY TO : ARCLIGHT1217

what is your cable provider? they are the ones to contact with this issue. you are paying for cable service and you should have them come and make sure the signal is strong enough for you to get a pure and clean signal. If you have another source for your tv signal you didn't mention it in your question
