Motorola Mpx 220 w7out bluetooth hardware

I just got my second MPX 220 (I lost the first one), but this one has one problem: It shows me a message that reads :"No bluetooth hardware is installed on this device".
Is ther anything that I´m not doing right, or have I been a victim of some scam?

-   Same problem. got the phone from cells4less on ebay. phone is sold as new but is a refurb with old chinese battery. Cells4less ripped me a new one on the guarantee. still it works as a cell phone so i didn't get completely burned.-   oldandmoldy
