SOURCE: i want to get some help about canon np6050 error

Hello jig,
I wish to help you quickly as you are down. I dont have immediate access to the older analog service manual and Canon no longer keeps it on their website. However, E005 has been a common error code for many products, if not all. It means that the cleaning web (which is an item that is "used/consumed "normally as the copier is used.) has run out.The copier should have been diplaying (in small letters on the dispay) "WEB LOW" for quite a while. It needs a new cleaning web.An untrained end user could change this but without instruction most people would not be able to. Its located in the fuser area onder a yellow cover. I bet you can do it !

I do not have a solution for that. A Canon printer tech would know what to do to fix it. But you have to weigh the cost of a fix with the cost of the printer.

E015 please switch off & switch on

A E015 error deals with the fuser drive > from what I remember about it, there is a drive gear on the front of the fuser unit and on the inside front of the copy that are binding up and not turning correctly. They will need to be replaced or cleaned > the error code can not be reset until the problem is fixed.
