I just called the main headquarters and they sent me 2 links for FREE!!! 1-800-840-2933 my model # for my watch is 20/1897T1 found on back. Hope this helps :)

It was nothing more than split pins holding the links together. I pushed them out removed the links and pushed them back in.

You have to call Armitron to get extra links for this watch. You could add them in yourself (if you purchase a watch link remover tool), or you could take it to a jeweler. You could also ask if they have the easy links which just snap on and off available when you call and these can be just snapped on and off without any tools.

I called Anne Klein saying I wanted to purchase additional links for an Anne Klein watch I had purchased, and I was (very kindly) instructed to call the following number between 8am and 5pm EST: 1-800-937-0050 ext. 203. I'll be calling tomorrow. Good luck!
