-   It simply can not download movieclips in wma format or pictures in JPEG format to my Sansa e MP3 player???What do I need to do to download these to my player.-   Guest

-   since the first time I loaded tunes into it I've never been able to add or delete anything? When I open the screen it says new updates needed....then when I click the update now....it just closes out the screen? To me this has been the most difficault and unreliable item I've ever purchased!-   wmdavid

-   Keeps charging for hours with the words "connected" and a circle in the middle going around and around for hours whether it's connected or not. Cannot get screen to come up as shown on original box---could this item be defective??? please advise-   Guest
