Question about Microtek ArtixScan 120tf Film Scanner
Good morning, I have a problem with my Microtek, used with the firewire connection. I obtain a normal prescan with the original Microtek software and with Silverfast AI, but the result of the scan is a black (black not dark) image ! The scanner is again in warranty, but before to dispatch it in Germany, I want to be sure that it's defective ! I've tried with two different PC (desktop and lap-top computer, Windows 2000 and Windows XP) but the results are the same. All the software are upgraded to the last version ! Please I need your help.
