- I am using Panasonic Ultra Magnefine Dry Toner for the FP-7750. It is made in Japan. The bottle says "Genuine Consumable."

- I am not a tech, nor do I have any technical information on the unit. I do not know anything about a "test" mode.

- I marked the bottle. The bottle resets when it is out of position. However, it does not rotate during a long copy job. The toner bottle motor has been replaced. That only leaves the toner bottle itself as the problem area. I do not have an old bottle to which to compare it. I have another toner bottle which I purchased from the same place at the same time. It is identical in shape, notches, grooves, length and width.

- The speed of the copier is 50 pages per minute. I will check with a technician. I will give the technician your suggestions. Thank you for giving me some suggestions.
is the toner the Correct toner. If it is wrong the bottle will not Mesh with the motor

- I am a Ricoh, Savin, Aficio tech I am NOT familiar with other models except the process is the same. I that a "test" mode to check certain motors, clutches.... or that sort of thing on that machine?

- Tell you what ... put the toner bottle in the machine, mark the top (upward facing side) of the bottle with a Marker. Close all doors. after 10 seconds of the machine trying to add toner, open the door and look at the mark you placed on the bottle and see if has moved, IF NOT you have a bad toner bottle motor, or the toner bottle is incorrect, compare the new bottle to the old one for shape, length, and grooves.
Let me know what happens.

- What is the speed of your copier, pages per minute? An add toner situation is NOT always related to the motor or the bottle. I think you need a technician. I think you may have a TD sensor issue or a clogged toner path or a bad mechanisim within the toner path that moves toner from point a to b.

- Well with 50 ppm the toner needs to move quick when needed. So ANY obstructions will result in an add toner situation sometimes. Please rate my info as either Helpful or Not.
Thanks,
Any further assistance please post!!!!

Hello. Each time I print the paper gets jammed in the roller located inside of the second drawer from the top on the left. I have to manually turn the white knob to paper out. I looked the roller and it appears to have plastic on it that looks melted. Please assist. Thanks in advance.
