Need glass replacement, what is part number or size

NO, do not use the microwave with a broken door glass, this glass is specially protected to stop any dangerous microwave leakage, it is also something you cannot replace yourself, take it to a reputable service centre so that once the glass has been repaire the oven can be tested for safety purposes.

They made Microwaves in 1977? wow. I would try an appliance junkyard, or ebay. We have used a microwave safe plate of the right size and it worked well. Good luck!

Hi and welcome to FixYa I am Kelly. You either have the wrong glass tray or one of the wheels on the lower caster / spinner is stuck. I think you have the wrong tray. Daewoo uses several different sizes of glass trays. See this link for examples: (and they are too small!)

Note the 10" (254 mm) / 11 3/4" (279 mm) / 12 3/4" (323 mm) sizes and the difference of the caster guides on the bottom of the plates.

I have been trying since 1 minute after you posted just to cross the KOR-1B4H number to a parts reference without success.

Honestly I would probably use the email link on the page and ask what the size was of the tray and then SHOP SOME WHERE ELSE!

The last 2 on the page may be a better match at 13.5 inches leaving 1/2 in. clearance on each side of the turntable.

If the model number is correct, the glass carousel tray is available at repairclinic.com for about $30. The item number is 1206676. I hope this helps you.

Hi there! Universal Glass plates are available from a good local appliance spares shop. Please note that size of the plate, the coupler (The centre connection point to the plate) and the ring size (on which the plate rests) are all important to the correct function of the plate. Unfortunately, you would have to replace the complete door assembly, you can find a replacement door assembly for this model at this link:

If you know the size (diameter) of the turntable, it would be much easier just to find another one of the same size rather than finding the exact part as the number matches nothing.
