I'm having much the same problem with my IOGear print server and my Vista ntebook. I have 2 printers USB connected to my print server, and the print server ethernet connected to my router. If I ethernet connect my notebook everything is just fine, but as soon as I go wireless my IOGear print server software does not see the server. Vista continues to see it and I can connect to it for admin purposes using its IP address through Internet Explorer. Solve Mac's problem and you'll probably solve mine as well.

From my expreiences with that product, you should reload the machine software.
If the machine is less than one year old call for service it is under warranty.
If not you can go to www.xerox.com and download the firmware,10.100.32.000.
It will resolve many software issues on that product.
You can download it to your computter then upload it to your machine.
Some of the versions of software on that product have some issues. Most are resolved with that version.
You will also need to download the 4150 printer setting utilities if you are going to do this yourself.
You may lose your LDAP settings, so be sure you print out a settings or configuration page before you do the upgrade.

clean the narrow glass which is previous to bigger one, using a cloth dampened with water.
Even though the problem is not solved, clean the charger Roller with a dampened cloth. allow the chagrer Roller to dry. and then you can try to take copies.

We have a WorkCentre 7655 that has been working fine for ages but is now causing some issues. A user who is running Windows 7 32 bit edition is sending files to print (using the secure print function) - the system is reporting they have spooled fine to the printer - but when they go and release the document they are getting (more often than not) about 16 out of 21 pages (for example) and then a PCL XL Error (Subsystem: Text, InternalError 0x50, Operator: Text, Position: 8564). I have another document that 9 times out of ten will actually crash the WorkCentre completely and cause it to reboot mid way through printing.
The driver we are using is the latest: "Xerox WorkCentre 7655 rev 2.0 PCL6"
As mentioned the user is running Windows 7 - the printer is shared from a Windows 2003 Server which has the same version of the driver.
