I can repair a smoke detector HFP-11. Please send video

from what i can see online, the hfp-11 is a very sophisticated device that can only be used as part of a siemens fire alarm system, and as such should not be tampered with...if the device has a problem, you would do well to call either the company that installed it or contact the manufacturer for a list of authorized service companies in your area.

Wont stop beeping and saying fire, how do I stop it?

It sounds like you have a CO detector, or a combo smoke/CO detector. The alarm you are describing indicates that the unit is sensing carbon monoxide. If you are sure that none is present and the detector is mounted in a location suggested by the documentation, the detector is bad and should be replaced.

Operating temp are the control limitation. U Have to keep air flow whiten those boundaries. As to the humidity, no problems as long as you do not go above 85% RH and make sure no condensation occurs. Regards Guy

Kiddei12040 goes off maybe once or twice a day. it goes sometimes for 10 min at a time. It is hardwired and its not a chirpping sound either. house was built 3 months ago.

It may simply need cleaning, because there's dust or lint in the sensor.

What you'll need: A ladder to reach the smoke detector and a can of compressed air that has a straw nozzle (like you clean your computer with).

Carefully remove the cover of the smoke detector. Use the canned compressed air with the straw nozzle to blow out the interior of the detector. Be sure to hold the canned air as upright as possible while using it. Once you've cleaned the interior, clean the outer cover. Replace the cover and push the test button. Then detector may false at first, because the canned compressed air is cold. However, once the detector reaches room temperature it should stop.

That should help solve your alarming problem. Smoke detectors should be clean like this, at least once a year. More if it's a dusty environment.

Is there a standard height for a manual pull station in a school

Most local codes adhere to fire pull stations being mounted 44 inches from the floor to the top of the detector. However your city, county or township is normally considered the Authority Having Jurisdiction and will supersede any state and national codes. It would be best to contact them before mounting the detector.

sounds like a smoke detector to me. usually they just break the red or the green through a relay, if it smells smoke. could be dust burning off the heat strips first use, or you could get on the roof and find burned wires or motor. lots of old wires burning up with heat strips kicking in this time of year. i usually have em turn off alarm so fire dept wont come and turn to max heat and burn off the strips , measure amps, check wires, and all relays etc. you may have to bypass smoke detector till done. then return to correct "as found" wiring and reset alarms. hopefully no call backs. good luck.
