Could be a number of reasons. If you "hear" the brew group moving in one direction, stop and then move again, then the microswitches are o.k. If the sound of the movement is low and/or slow ( slower that normal), the CPU/power board may be bad and needs to be replace. If the movement is as before (same sound and movement) but not lining up, perhaps the brew drive motor is bad.
To remedy this situation, an authorized SAECO Service Center would have to open your machine and replace damaged components.
