Question about ZTE Cell Phones
You may have to lookup how to reset the phone to factory settings.. it usually involves taking battery out and replacing it back and holding several buttons at same time until you get into a special settings screen.. but you will need to surf net for your exact model of phone. This is last resort as you will lose all your apps and songs and phone numbers etc.. but your phone is not broken.. your just locked out of it. Call and see if the tmobile customer service say same thing. I surfed web and found same thing I am trying to tell you about.. Your only option to get back into your phone is to do a master reset with the hardware keys. This will restore your phone back to factory default settings. surf for the model phone you have / how to master reset with hardware keys .. just uses the buttons on outside of phone not the touch panel for any of it.

SOURCE: forgot phone password
you can do a factory reset but only your local carrier can do that or the original company your phone was manufactured by can do that, either should work but the carrier store might not be able to sometime. So if you want the efficient option it would be to send it into the ompany

You most likely have the wrong MMS settings. Call T-Mobile wireless technical support to get the correct settings and change them in the VU.
