Question about Coleman Mach III Air Conditioner
If this is a park model trailer like mine, there is a transformer in what they call the ceiling package. It is mounted up inside the return air plenum.

Did you plug upper unit (on roof) into lower control unit (inside). Not to insult you, because i've done it myself, in a rush situation. Breaker on? Sure you didn't mix up any wiring?

the fan motor bearings need lub....the shaft has a tiny access hole to put some oil into. because the fan shaft is slowing down, it is putting more strain on the voltage current, and eventually the internal breaker shuts down the ac........plus your condenser is not getting enough air accross it, compressor heats up, and it too will shut the unit down......older units have to be oiled every year, and eventually it too will fail, and a new blower motor assembly is needed or replace the ac unit.....blower motor units are around $130....now you install it or pay to have it done at around another $150 labor,,,,,try yourself, if it fails then call the tech........let me know ..ray..email@example.com

Did you purchase a new Ducted Ceiling Unit with the Upper Unit air conditioner? If you are replacing an older mach 3, the ducted ceiling packs are not compatible and you will need to purchase the ceiling pack as well. The ducted ceiling pack part number for the 8333 series Mach III AC is below.
1. Heat/Cool Air Distribution Box - 8330B735
2. Cool only ADB - 8330A733
3. Wall Thermostat (if needed) - 7330G3351
Hope this helps.

The distance of the cord is a big deal, 10AWG Cord would be best for this situation. If you have a 50ft cord, make sure that the cord is not wound up on top itself as this can cause a drop in voltage and a spike in amperage. Is the compressor trying to come on at all? If not, then you may have a problem with the selector switch or the thermostat. If the compressor is humming for a few seconds and then stopping and then trying to come on again, it could be a problem with voltage loss. Anything below 98.5 plus or minus 10% is too low the for the compressor to kick on.
