Replace hybrinetics dmc 3 fan control + lig...

I have the hybrinetics dmc 3 fan control + light dimmer in a 2 gang set-up (that is this one, plus another switch control the fan). I need to first get rid of the other switch, so that I have a 1 gang system, with only the hybrinetics.

Then I need to replace the Hybrinetics DMC 3 with a newer fan control + light dimmer from Leviton.

So, I am looking for a wiring diagram that I can use. The current set-up is a complete mess, because the wires weren't used in the correct manner per color-coding.
