Question about HP Computers & Internet
I am assuming that you are trying to pair it for WI-FI. This is not an uncommon problem for many wireless printers. Usually, the problem will fix itself by uninstalling the drivers for it and then reinstalling. Also, be sure you have all the right software by going directly to HP and follow the prompts for printer diagnostics/repair at: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html Just answer the questions and you will be led through a process to get the latest drivers for your machine. You can also try HP Support Assistant. If for some reason you removed it from your machine, you can download it again at this location: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html
Good luck to you.
