I see you have a printer that's having some issues turning off and on, and has an error message on the screen. I'm sorry to hear this but I will definitely do my best to assist you!
What you're getting is generally a firmware error, which means the brain of your printer is having some issues. To see if you can clear that message, try pulling the power cord from the rear of the printer, and then completely disconnect the cord from it's power source (and detach the cord from it's components if it has that option). Once the printer is completely disconnected press and hold the power button on the unit to completely drain the power the printer may be holding on to. After about 2 full minutes of the printer being disconnected please plug everything back together and see if the printer will move past that error to the main screen.

Please try the below mentioned steps that should resolve the issue.
Power Off the Wireless Router.
1. While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the unit. 2. Wait for 30 seconds.
3. Now plug in the power cord to back of the printer. If printer does not power ON, hit the ON button.
4.Check if the error message shows up. If issue still persists, then please call HP Tech Support for further assistance.

(answer 1)you suck.! your ignorance, does.!!!richie46
HP has great help forum. (ask, fixya is the suck form)
ask for where HP is, its not here, but vast resources do exist.

learn to use them..
not blame them for not answering 1,000,000 calls a day. (vast installed base if you learn that, you'd go OMG really)
i guess this is a printer only problem.?
and no service tags posted on both PC and printer
No PC stated
HP Envy 4502(all in one)printer I have the J4580 , use it only for scans, i hate injets. laser are my bag,

real forum
here it is , see it? ask there,
even read 10000 of others with same problems
most are simple. but

no PC stated, nor what Opereating system it runs.,

if you dont you get to learn now to get the printer
to connect to your unstated wireless router, that I refuse to teach here, ever.(set it to a static IP for the printer , lean how)

I have a HP Envy 120. What steps do I take to print out a photo in reverse?

'reverse' as in negative? You can only do this type of thing in an image editing software like Lightroom or Paintshop Pro. A printer only prints the data that is sent to it.

The panel will not light

Hi marc, awhile back I found out that some printers have counters on them when they reach a certain number like say 10,000 pages they "break down" and can't be fixed. > in the middle of motherboard it has 3 wires coming from it. From memory there is code to fix it. Best of luck with it Greg.

I dont have installation driver for hp all-in-one 120 - 2135a

Do you mean the HP Envy 120 e-All-in-One printer? The drivers and full software for the printer are available from the HP support site: . Select your OS and click Next. To download the software, expand the Driver - Product Installation Software. For best results get the Full Software package instead of the Basic driver. To order a replacement installation disc, expand the section labeled Order Physical Media.

If you need the drivers for the HP Omni 120-2135a, go to . Click on the link for your OS. There should be an HP (update advisor) utility on your computer that will check the HP site for updated drivers. This will be on the computer as long as you do not do a clean install of the OS. (Win8 Restore will erase the desktop programs. Use the restore partition to return to the out-of-factory configuration.)

I hope this helps.
