It gives blank papers. The toner is new. Do you know, what is the problem?

On this machine, the image is transferred by a black roller on the side door.
Check to see if this roller is in place correctly. If it is too old you may have this problem, and needs to be replaced.
If you can run a copy pull the door when it makes the copy half way on the drum, then pull out the drum and see if there is any image on it. This will show you the xerographic part of the copier is ok.
Pull out the cartridge and check for the grounding contacts make sure they are in place correctly.
When the door is closed there is a black plunger on the inboard end that pushes in. Make sure it is pushing in all the way and not stuck.
Check inside the view of the exposure box just above the copy cartridge, make sure there is no paper in there blocking the view of the image to the drum.
When you close the side door make sure the door is fully closed on both inboard and outboard side.
Other than this, call Xerox for a repair.
