Question about Vision Panini My X 60 Check Scanner

Open Question

In Add/Remove programs, I choose to "Remove" the Vision X drivers and it states at the end that it has been uninstalled but it has not. Vision X still is in the list of Programs. When I try to install new Vision X drivers it tells me that it needs to uninstall the old ones first, it then states that the uninstall is complete, but it will not continue with the install of the new drivers, it simply states "Please Wait" but does not proceed. The old drivers still exist in Add/Remove programs and each time I try to uninstall the drivers it states that it was uninstalled but it has not.

How can i ununstall softice..Please people help me because my skype is not working

Well, depending on what version of windows you use, typically you would goto add/remove programs or programs and features located in the control panel, then find the entry for softice and choose uninstall. If this has been done and it is still giving you problems, you may need to take further steps involving the removal of any folders named softice, If it just needs a simple uninstall then go to Start, then control panel, then add/remove or programs and features (uninstall programs)

Computer is running slow may have a virus

Sounds like you have the We-Care.com app installed; it's a free online donation tool. You may have downloaded it along with a disk utility or some other freeware. If you're getting a popup message, you're probably having issues. Contact them at the email address, or uninstall by following directions below:

Open your Start menu and choose Control Panel.
In Windows XP: choose Add/Remove Programs.
In Vista: choose Programs/Features.
In Windows 7: Choose Uninstall a program.
Find the We-Care Reminder (may be ASPCA Reminder by We-Care.com).
Choose Remove (Windows XP), or right click and select uninstall (Vista and Win 7).

Constant restart in XPsp3. unable to complete startup in normal mode, only in safe mode.

Hello,

If you havent already treied to remove it from the Add/Remove Programs I would check that first by clicking Start > Run > type
appwiz.cpl and press Enter. This will open Add/Remove programs and from there you can choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 the click remove. This should start the uninstall process. You may have to click finish to restart at the end.

If the machine starts in safe mode and you see the dialog that states that you are working in safe mode... instead of choosing yes choose no and it should start the system restore feature.

From there you will choose restore your computer to an earlier time and click Next. After that you will have a calendar with bold dates on it. These are the dates that have restore points available. Just select a date of when you know the computer was working correctly and then choose an entry on the right of th lastest time that you know it worked. It is usually a good idea to choose from ones that say "System checkpoint". After you select it click Next. It should bring up a screen verifying that it the point that you want to use. If so, click Next and your machine will restart and be brough back to the state that it was in accoring to the restore point you choose.

Here is a link from Microsoft that will also explain some other processes that you can use.

Thanks
