No problem with the configuration i guess.. try to reinstall the sound drivers or uninstall the current drivers and install generic drivers by manufacturer i.e Lenovo

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Dear Sir, Speakers are working but headphone is not working please tell me the solution.

Well you can only play sound through one device at the same time. If you wish to change the device to play audio from, using windows 7, go to the bottem corner of your screen, to the system tray. You will there see a speaker icon, rightclick it and click sound devices. Then figure out which device your headphones are (if there's multiple speakers showing up). Click the speaker you want to use and click the set as standard button.
You may have to restart the applications currently playing sound in case they don't play sound anymore or they still play through the wrong device.

Dear sir/madam, Our PC Don't have Sound Device please free down load the sound device.

There are many experts that can give you link for free driver downloads. But unfortunately you did not give us complete information about what you need.

Look in first the specs of your computer... give us all the information... the brand, model and type of the motherboard (if sound card is built in) and or the sound card if its pci.

Please post back so we could help you further.

Load ed cw get all ok but requires a sound card

Go to your Start menu, click on all Programs, Select Accessories, then System Tools, then click on System Information. A window will open titled 'System Information'. In the System Summary section, make a note of the System Manufacturer and the model number and report it back to us, along with the processor and the total physical memory.
Now open the Components menu by clicking on the plus sign next to the word, and select the Sound Device window by clicking on the words "Sound Device" Report back what appears in the window at the right when you do this, and we'll take it from there.

No Sound from Acer 5100 : Volume tab is disabled

I am worried that there is a problem with the sound card on your motherboard. If it has worked in the past and then suddenly disappeared, usually it is because the computer can no longer locate your sound card. It will not load a driver for a device that no longer exists. Since you have already done most of the troubleshooting steps, it is time to think about replacing your motherboard. Good luck
