Question about NetGear N150 RANGEMAX 150 Wireless Router
Are sure its plugged in?
is the outlet good? plug it in somewhere else, sometimes its a switched outlet you don't even know you have and you just have to flip the light switch you never pay any mind to.
stuff goes bad, that router isn't that old... I see way older routers working fine.

As asked above, why would you want the wired router and the wireless router on the same network?
The direct answer to your question(s) is found on Netgear's website. http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/965/kw/wpn824/r_id/166
The key is to turn off the Netgear DHCP, and give it an address that is unreachable by the Linksys DHCP ie if the Linksys gives out IP addresses starting at 100 or 101, you set your IP address to 99, turn off the DHCP, and plug it into the network NOT using the WAN port, ever. We tend to start at 251 or 221 just for clarity's sake.
The point is you answered your own question. The Netgear wired and wireless works fine. One piece of equipment and better reporting statistics....what are you missing?

i suppose you have to connect modem to router's "source" socket and modem to socket "in wall" then reset and reconfig router and you should be ok

Well this product DGN1000 is a generic router supplied by Netgear and can be used with any ADSL/DSL ISP. Please ensure that you upload the latest firmware for this router from the netgear support site and then you can use it with other ADSL/DSL ISP.
Hope this allows you to resolve the issue. If you need further assistance then let me know.
