Sewing outdoor polyester ( denier) medium weight with outdoor polyester thread. bottom stitch is not straight? evenly spaced but irregular in alignment. Help?

increase the needle thread tension
the bottom stitch is a direct result of the needle movement pulling the bobbin thread up to the hole so for the bottom stitch to be irregular , so is the top stitch

Sewing on upholstery, thread bunching up on bobbin side

You need to lower the teeth that feed the fabric. There should be a knob on your machine to do that. this plastic coated fabric is not sliding along properly.

Trying to sew light indoor outdoor material (zig/zag stitch) keeps getting tangled in the feed dogs and needle keeps sticking in the material from the top. It is mangling my fabric.

What size needle are you using? You should be using at least a #14 or #16. A #11 is too light duty. Try that and see if it doesn't make a difference.

Trying to find an owners instruction manual for Husqvarna E. series 450 , 16 in gas chain saw.

Umm. Husqvarna makes both sewing machines and chain saws (good ones). But this needs to be posted in a category other than sewing machines. I would suggest "Home & Garden/Patio & Garden" as the most likely one I could find for you. Good luck.

I am sewing on "WeatherMax" fabric (making golf flags) - an outdoor, lightweight, material; in the wind my fabric is fraying and splitting. Was it the needle? Is it the fabric? is it the machine? Did I cut...

Hi. Interesting problem. For outdoor materials (and advise on sewing on outdoor materials) I rely on Sailrite (http://www.sailrite.com/) and interestingly, couldn't find Weathermax fabric on their site. I would contact their forum (http://forum.sailrite.com/) and ask the question there. Matt Grant (I think he runs the sewing part of the forum) is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Sorry I don't have anything more for you,

I have a Dimplex in wall heater model 690221900 120 volt 1500 watt. Their is a 110 volt feed line (black, white and ground wire)coming in to the heater housing as well their is a two wire thermostat...

Well, for your wiring, there's nothing wrong with it, So, I think there's two way to find out which ones is wrong, first:
Install your heater without thermostat first, is it working, does the breaker blowing!!!.
If No, then your thermostat is the cause, but if Yes, then,
second:
Try install it with the new breaker with 10 A minimum, you must replace the breaker with new ones. When it's OK, then try install the thermostat too.

Hope it works!!!
