It may be that you do not have these anchorage points ( I beleive that you mean the Isofix Points???) If you sit in the seat itself and place your fingers inbetween the cushion that you are sitting on and the back cushion (either side of your hips) You should then feel a metal horizontal bar, about an inch long,
On some models (usually BMW) these Isofix Points are located behind black plastic caps at the bottom of the seats.
