THE ABOVE IS BRAND NEW . PLUMBED IT IN. CAN'T OPEN THE MACHINE TO GET PAPER WORK OUT. NOT TAKING IN WATER. CAN YOU ADVISE. IS THERE A TIME DELAY? AM VERY PUZZLED

Did you move the child lock lever to the right and then pull door open? You can also disable that feature.
