we have GE 8000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner Portable Unit and it wont drain water into the pan, or out the back, and blows hot air every 5 min. it also will not pull humidity from air. it just blows cool, then hot, cool , hot, etc.....
Either the unit is really dirty or it is low on refrigerant. A unit tha is low on refrigerant will start off cold and withing a few minutes, start warming up. If you aren't seeing any water its because of one or both causes listed.

Ge Zoneline heatpump works fine in the summer but in the winter with 45 to 50 degree days the compresser hardly runs. By turning the thremostate you can get it to run for a short period. I have 6 of these units and this one just started to act this way end of last winter. Do you think it could be the varistor or something else on the control board. Thank You

FUJITA Split system N13174 (2.5 and 1.5hp) Does anyone have an Installation Instruction manual? I found where the schema diagrams are and the Instructions - but no instal manual to be found. They are made in China. Could not find a website with product descriptions either. The installation instructions have been removed from the packaging. Allan from Melbourne, Australia
