There may be construction debris or residue partly blocking the aerator. Have you unscrewed the end and cleaned it out? Sometimes the fellow may not have assembled the aerator in the right order and a simple rearranging of parts will clear it up.

SOURCE: I have a Moen Banbury

The gasket under the aerator more than likely needs replacing. First make sure it is tight. If it is tight then remove the aerator by turning counterclockwise and check the gasket. Replace it if it has deteriorated or is cracked. You can buy a replacement at any hardware store.

Yes there is a water saver disk in the aerator. It is a small disk about 1/2" diameter with a very small hole in the center.
When you take the aerator apart pay attention to the parts order so they are put back in the same order minus the water saver disk.

How can I remove the flow restrictor in the shower? I have terrible water pressure.

You need to tell us what shower head it is. Usually the flow restrictor is in the section that screws onto the pipe that goes into the wall. Be careful when you take it off so that you don't mar the chrome finish,

Installed a new faucet and no water comes out

Since your question is so vague (is it a shower, tub/shower, lavatory, kit. sink or laundry tub faucet) I'd have to say that the flow restrictor in the aerators or showerhead is clogged up. Just unscrew and remove and either clean aerator or sh.head out and/or remove flow restrictor permanently. If that doesn't work turn off water and disconnect supply tubes from faucet and run them into a bucket and turn water back on to check for volume. If you have plenty of water at supplies then remove faucet and take defective faucet back to where it was bought and get another one!

I had a look at the installation guide and exploded diagram, It seems that the whole assembly will be tightened when the mounting nut is put on.

I replaced the cartridges in my moen kitchen 2 handle faucet.I used danco 6s-1h/c. the hot side works correctly. the cold side just dribbles out. no idea how to solve this one.

by dribble out I guess you mean that the water is not flowing out the way you want?
first thing I would do is remove the coldside cartridge and test the water flow to that point. If the water is free flowing ( yes its a bit messy) use a second person one to open the valve ubder the sink the other to cup over the top of the open side of the faucet.

if that has good flow then while the cold is still openhold you hand over the spout and turn on the out water to us that to back blow the tube that goes to the spout.

Hope this works out for you best of luck

My water pressure is very low from the original install is there a way to adjust the faucet to allow a better pressure flow

Your issue could be caused by the water restrictor in the shower head. To know for sure, remove the shower head and then turn the water on.

Very tough water restrictions have manufacturers using plastic water restrictors in the shower heads.

Although you are not supose to, some shower heads can be taken apart to modify, or remove the restrictor.

I hope this helps you.

were there any thread protectors inside the hot and cold inlets? sometimes they put Styrofoam pieces inside to keep debris out of the inlets and outlets. inspect inside of valve body through inlet holes thoroughly

Flow restrictors

Remove the shower head from the arm and look inside the connector on the showerhead. You should see a plastic or metal piece that will either unscrew or need to be pulled out with needle nose pliers. Once that's been removed the flow should be improved.
