No sound on the direct transfer to the dvd burner

I am unable to transfer the sound from the camera using the direct DVD button on the camera.
No problem with the picture but no sound it's ok with the backup system.
on a JVC GZ275AA Camcorder

I have the same problem.

Thanks but all of your suggestion are ok however I changed the media player from micro soft to VLC apparently the ms could not handle it.
