I can't setup my compuserve classic e-mail on my mac ibook, i don't want to install compuserve software, i want to use the mac mail thats already in tiger OS, i have it on my desktop g3 powermac, and i tryed to set it up exactly the same. when i try to get my e-mail it keep saying pop.compuserve.com server timed out.

If it says "pop.compuserve.com server timed out" either your User name and password is wrong or the settings for the account are wrong.
You will have to call Tech Support to make sure that you have the settings correct.
