How do you clear RNP for an HP 12C

I take it you mean a 12C Platinum.

Press f ALG. ALG is the f-shifted function of the EEX key, just above the double-size ENTER key. This will switch the 12C Platinum from RPN mode to Algebraic mode, and ALG indicator will light up instead of the RPN indicator.

To switch back to RPN, press f RPN. RPN is the f-shifted function of the CHS key just above the EEX key.

Two separate issues here.

Removing complex number in HP 12c

The HP 12C doesn't have a complex mode.

If you're seeing a "C" on the display, it means the calculator is set to use compound interest for the odd period. To switch to using simple interest, press STO followed by EEX.

When I try to get an exponential of a number by pressing eex I get figure 1 and some 00 at the end of the right corner

The EEX key is used to enter the exponent of a power of 10. To raise e (the base of natural logarithms) to a power (exponentiation) press [g][e^x]: You enter a number (the exponent) then [g][e^x] and the result will be displayed.

When the calculator is turned on, the display reads 0,00 and then in the below right side there is a letter C. How do I clear this?

Display Problem & Question

To remove the comma, turn off the calculator. With it turned off, push and hold down the [ON] key. While still depressing the [ON] key, push and hold down the decimal or [.] key. Now you should have them both held down. Now, release ONLY the [ON] key.

To remove the "c", push then release the [STO] key. Then push and release the [EEX] key.
