Hi! In order to reset the BIOS password for your toshiba laptop, you need to bring the NB to the nearest Authorized Service Provider for Toshiba since only a certified Toshiba Technician can reset the BIOS Password. The technician will remove the jumper inside the laptop which is integrated on the motherboard and the BIOS Password will be reset. All issues regarding the BIOS Password are directly handled by Toshiba Authorized Service Provider.
Hope this helps!!!

SOURCE: Reset bios on Toshiba A215
This should be able to be solved by opening the Ram bay and shorting out two solder points. Usually marked with a "xxx". The notebook should be started with these solder points shorted. Once the pc is on, it should go through the normal process without asking for a bios password. Once the pc is restarted, the CMOS password should disappear.
