I misplaced the instruction manual and recipe booklet when we moved. I would really appreciate if someone could provide basic instructions or a basic recipe. Thank you so much!

I moved too and have misplaced my manual with the recipes. Ensuring the consistency of my ice cream is right, is now difficult as I have nothing to work from for ingredient amounts

I bought one of these at Goodwill for $6.99, but no manual. I found an "expert site" that offered a solution for three dollars. I figured that if they could find it, I could find it. And with some creative Googling, I did.

This site may be helpful for some problems has the manual for ICM15 and many others - http://www.pickyourown.org/icecreammakermanuals.htm - also if anyone has a manual/recipe book for the Salton ICM21 they request you forward it to them so they can post it on their comprehensive site - regards - dodgey

I bought a used non-electric Salton Big Chill Frozen Delight Ice Cream Maker. It does not have a manual with it. I thought I would just need to freeze the metal container with the encased liquid. However, it is not freezing, nor is it cold enought to make the ice cream. What am I doing wrong? Any help you could offer would be appreciated.
