My h500 connects to my ps3 but no one can hear me

On the H500 - press both volume buttons at the same time and hold until you hear two descending tones to ensure mute is disabled. Also double click the volume control on your computer to open the volume controls and make sure the microphone channel isn't muted.

Other person cannot hear me talk if they are talking

This is a common problem with speaker phones as well since they (as is your headset) forced to switch back and forth so microphone and 'speaker' are not on at the same time to prevent feedback. The squeal from feedback would be far more irritating. Your previous phone in conjunction with your headset were simply (and accidentally) a better combination.

Hi mate does ur headset have buttons to the side if it does then press the top button this will make the volume louder, but if that doesnt work i have another solution that is, Go on ps3 and go on options then go on accesory settings and then audio device and put volume up to 5. If that doesnt work charge ur headset. Thanks

Could u leave me a postive testamonial and a vote.

Motorola H-500

If you've set the audio input and output to the bluetooth and it still doesn;t work then you probably should try a different headset -- non-Motorola. Their radios sometimes are too weak. You can also try sitting closer to the PS3.

my bluetooth headset has the same problem. it could be the distance between the headset and the phone itself. try bringing the phone nearer the headset, chest-level, maybe. if that doesnt work, you may need another type of headset.

H500 bluetooth headset

Turn down the volume on the PHONE, not the headset. Motorola 325i w/ H500. Again, turn down the volume on the PHONE, not the headset. In my case almost all the way down.
