If you have a Surface RT you can only go through the Windows Store and search for "Netflix", then install it. You can also always just to go www.netflix.com from your device and log in to enjoy your Netflix.
If you don't have the RT version, you can just download the Netflix application from www.netflix.com and run it to install.
Happy Netflixing!
if you do not mind loosing any data press and hold reset button for 30 seconds will set back to factory default settings or snap case open and try cleaning button surface where it connects
I assume it's not a surface PRO 2 but just a regular Surface 2. The surface 2 runs Windows RT which only runs specials apps designed for it. It can't run software that is made for regular Windows computers. Unless garmin creates specific software for Windows RT I'm afraid that it might never work.
