Audiovox d1809 white screen

It sound that the main digital board has damaged. Contact any experienced service technician to confirm.

Unfortuneately the LCD panel is defective, on the back of the screen there is a large circuit board that process colour and hue balance and video content, to replace would be more than what the player is worth.

Figured it out by taking radio lid off and following the leads:

Black/white--ground (-)
Green/white--battery (+, that is, always on)
Orange/white--ignition/ACC switched power
White--left front +
Red--Left rear +
Blue--right front +
Yellow--right rear +
Light Green--negative for front speakers
Purple-negative for rear speakers

Disassembling the unit will render the warrant void best contact the manufacture who will advise accordingly

for the cost to fix the screen, it may prove to be better to just buy another player. otherwise, check the with the maker about repair

One thing you can do if you have backup all your info is hard reset the phone. If you do not know how to do so please contact me and i will give you instructions.

Screen sound bad, or intermittent connection inside. You can find disassembly instructions on the net. Search with phone model and disassemble. Remove and reattach all cables in case one is lose or contact dirty.

The vertical output IC or the vertical circuit is whats at fault. its all solid state and im sorry to tell ya that its not a user replaceable part. This set is probably not worth the repair it would take to get this set working again but please if you like ask a ;ocal repair shop what they thought about this problem..
