Make sure all of the water is bleed out of it buy holding trigger down with motor not running until theres is not more bubbles or air that comes out..Make sure where the inlet for waters screen is not plugged..You may have to back flush washer to clean out or to unstick the pressure valve..Hope this helps you and have a great day

Usual cause is the pressure valve sticks closed and doesn't admit more water to be pumped. Usually needs new O RIngs and cleaning the bore... ABout a 15 minute job at most. Get an O Ring kit for it.
The valve is held shut when pressure on the output is high. When you open the trigger, the pressure drops and the valve opens letting more water come in from your garden hose.
The O RIngs dry out and bore gets dirty. Polish it with crocus cloth on a dowel rod. Lube the O Rings with lube intended for O RIngs.

Testimonial: "You hit the exact problem. After many discouraging information from repair people I got pump to repair in Springfield TN. He took back to shop - 10 minutes back with repair. Man what a releaf .. in a throw away, buy a new world. Thank you... you are great!"
SOURCE: What kind of oil do
The pump uses SAE20 or SAE 30 non-detergent motor oil that fills up about half way
The engine uses 10-W30 motor oil that comes a bit more than half-way up dip stick.
Do not turn washer on its side or upside down to drain oil, or oil will run into carburetor.
If you have problems starting:

There are many things that "could" be causing this....most likely after running for that long something got hot and melted/burnt up......
To find the problem, the only way to do it effectively will be to plug it in and the follow the power to see where the power stops at....there is a good chance that is in right in the wiring around the start switch....a connection that got hot and then loose and now not connecting anymore....
If you have power to the motor and it is not running then the motor has gone bad..
