How do you remove and replace Eurocave performance control board Eurocave 283

The control panel is held up by two hidden screws (that are not removed) that slide into slots of the top front of the panel and 2 removable Philips screws at the back of the control panel which hold up both the controls and circulation fan.

Unplug the unit. Open the door, remove both chrome screws in the ceiling behind the control panel and put them where you can reach them.
While holding up the fan assembly, slide the control panel forward. It may bind a bit so work it forward carefully to prevent scratching the black finish.
As you pull it forward the fan will want to drop down, so once the control panel has moved forward enough to clear the fan panel (about 1/2") you can insert the screws and finger tighten them to hold up the fan as you remove the panel.

Label the wires before unplugging as they are not all individually keyed and look very similar. Note any unused connectors. You need to unplug the large black power connector, black wire for fan connector, and a white temperature sensor wire(s) before removing the panel. You can leave connected the white wires for lights, display and local humidistat that are part of the panel until the panel is removed.

The power supply board and display board are mounted to the control panel assembly with screws and connected by a ribbon cable and wires. Label any remaining connectors and wires before removing the circuit cards. I think the ribbon cable is only removable on the display board and permanently attached to the power supply board. There are replacement parts available from WineEnthusiast.com as well as 3rd party Eurocave circuit card repair services you can find on the internet.

When reassembling follow the opposite order and note the fan panel mounts ABOVE the control panel on the ceiling of the unit. Gently slide the control panel into backwards into place lining up the slots onto the fixed 2 screws while holding up the fan panel and then install the 2 screws behind it to hold both in place.

Front drivers seat on 2007 ford edge will only go back and will not go forward what would be the problem?

Check to see if the wires are connected under the seat at the motor and make sure the connector has not come un down from the seat switch not real sure how the switch comes out should just pop out . If they are fine put a test light on one of the wire and work the switch backwards the light will come on when you have it on the backwards wire . Once you find out which wire that is try it forwards on the other wire if it lights up your switch is probably fine and your trouble is in the wires or the motor . Hope this was helpfull

Our four light Emerson fan has two lights (across from each other) that do not work. They appear to be connected by the same blue wire.

If you have a pull chain I would check that switch. If not check all your wiring and make sure everything is secure.

Installed the Altura 56" fan (56ATR), worked fine at all speed until we put on the light. Everything worked fine for about 10 minutes, then the fan stopped working, but the light stayed on. Kept trying...

both the fan and light have a common connection .. usually all the white wires are connected at one wire nut .. check to see if the fan wire has pulled out of the wire nut ... remove the wire nut and re-tighten it .. pull on each wire to make sure each one is secure ..make sure power is off before working on this ...

Ceiling fan working, but lights on fan not working. Changed bulbs still not working.

If there is a remote then the problem may be in that device ... You should check the wiring in the canopy at the ceiling and make sure that the wiring connections are secure . check both the black and white wire connections.

I have a westinghouse ceiling fan model 78622, where do i find a wiring manual for this. I have connected up the fan in place of an old one that was taken down, the wiring seemed straight forward but only...

If you have only a black and white (and bare ground wire) in the ceiling box where the old fan was connected before, you should connect both the blue and black wires from the fan to the Black (common) wire in the ceiling box.

Then connect the white wire from the fan to the white (neutral) wire in the box together. Connect the green and bare wires together (Ground wires) and the fan and light should function with the pull chains as designed.

IF you have a wall switch for the ceiling fan and a separate one for the light, it is simply a matter of making the connections for the light and fan to the proper wires going to the wall switch box. Typically, the ceiling fan's light wire (blue in most cases) is connected to the red wire in the ceiling box, while the fan wire (black in most cases) is connected to the black wire in the ceiling box. Connect the white wires together; and then the green and bare wires together for your ground and you should be set.

Remember to disconnect the power to this circuit by turning off the breaker before doing any wiring work.

I hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Connected wires following instructions, but lights and fan do not work

OK, here we go. Hi, WoobieDog here. First, try to operate the pull chains on the side of the fan, usually one for the fan, one for the light. If this doesn't fix the problem, proceed as follows. What else is on the same circuit as the fan? Usually there is more than one light on a circuit. Do the other devices still work? If NO, the problem is probably your breaker. If the other devices do work, the problem is probably at the fan or the wall switch. Trip the breaker on the circuit that the fan operates on, and turn the switch to "off " at the wall. With the fan still mounted, gain access to the wires at the ceiling. Where you connected the wires, test for loose connections and visually inspect each wiring connection. When you remove each wire nut, you should see both wires making a good connection to each other and that the wire nut was making the twisted wire connection more secure. Make sure that you have connected the wires in the proper manner, that is that the fan motor wire (usually black) is connected to the proper switch at the wall for on/off operation and that the light wire (usually blue) is either connected to the light switch or to the same hot line as the motor wire if you are using the pull chains and a single wall switch. Don't overlook the neutral (white wire) connection, as a bad connection on this line will prevent both the motor and the light from working, as you described. If all is well there, close the wires back up under the mounting bracket. With the breaker still tripped to the off position, operate the forward/reverse slide switch on the side of the fan, if equipped. Put everything at the fan back to operating conditions. Turn the breaker back on. Operate the wall switch/switches. Operate the pull chains as these are additional switches inside of the fan and light.
Hope this was helpful. --WoobieDog--

Will not change slides forward/backward, remote focus ok,

Your problem is most likely caused by a broken wire under the control panel or a wire somewhere in the "cycle circuit" that is no longer connected. You should seek out a factory-trained repair dealer who has a schematic that can trace down your projector problem.
